Calls received outside business hours, on weekends, or holidays are sent to your custom voicemail, and we email the messages to you promptly, keeping you connected to your clients.

WaveGreet has a protocol to ensure smooth call transfers. We place the caller on hold briefly to check your availability before connecting them to you.

WaveGreet offers flexible options: we can provide a new number or work with call forwarding from your existing number.

No problem at all! WaveGreet recommends getting an affordable number from services like Google Voice or Grasshopper, which you can then forward to us for seamless integration.

WaveGreet's primary service hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday. We do offer assistance outside of these hours upon request.

WaveGreet takes a break on major holidays, allowing our team to enjoy some wellearned downtime.

Upon signing up, we will send you the list of holidays (USA & Canada).

Yes, you can! WaveGreet allows you to change your plan anytime without any additional fees. We’re all about flexibility and making sure our services fit what you need, even if those needs change over time.

Every one of our virtual receptionists signs a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), meaning they've legally promised to keep your details confidential. This way, you can rest easy knowing your sensitive information is in good hands.
Yes, we record calls for a month to make sure we're always improving our service to serve you better. Your privacy matters, so after a month, we safely delete the recordings.

If you prefer not to have calls recorded, just email us at support@wavegreet.com, and we’ll respect your choice.

Our services are prepaid on a month-to-month basis, and each plan includes a set number of minutes plus an additional rate per minute for any extra usage.

At WaveGreet, billing is transparent and straightforward.

We calculate your Total Handle Time (THT), which is the sum of the Call Time (CT) and the Follow-Up Time (FUT). Follow-Up Time includes actions like taking notes or sending emails to keep you informed post-call. Our agents are trained to be efficient in both handling calls and follow-ups.

Example: If a call lasts for 1 minute and the Follow-Up Time is 30 seconds, your total usage duration will be 1.5 minutes.
Yes! We appreciate referrals, and to express our gratitude, we offer a $75 credit on your next invoice when your referral completes their first month with us. Just share the details through our referral program at referral@wavegreet.com, and we'll handle the rest.
WaveGreet offers flexible month-to-month services without the need for a contract. If you choose the month-to-month option, please note that we require one month's advance written notice for cancellation.
The setup fee for WaveGreet services is a one-time investment of $50 in ensuring the smooth integration of our services with your business. This fee covers the creation of your custom phone number and all the necessary configurations to tailor our services to your needs.
